Procedures for sending money from the TrueMoney member application (sending cash)

• Log in to the TrueMoney Member application
• Click the Send Money Menu
• Select Send Cash
• Select Send Domestic
• Enter the Recipient's First Name
• Enter the Recipient's Last Name
• Enter the Recipient's Mobile Number
• Enter the nominal money to be sent
• Select a source of income
• Select Delivery Destination
• Click Continue
• Check back delivery details
• Click Continue
• Enter the PIN
• Check your Transaction in the Transaction History Menu
And for cash withdrawals you can at the nearest Alfamart / Alfamidi throughout Indonesia, simply by bringing the KTP and MTCN code that you got from the sender.
