Hi #TruePartner, there is a new change of terms and conditions for TRUEMONEY INDONESIA Agents. That is:
- If the TRUEMONEY Agent does not make Transactions for 3 consecutive months on the Truemoney Application then his account will be considered Inactive or Dormant.
- The dormant account fee is Rp. 5,000 will be charged in the following month and every subsequent month by deducting the remaining balance in the Agent's wallet.
- If the Agent's account is still inactive in a row, the Dormant Fee will increase to Rp. 25,000 for each additional month of inactivity (i.e. from the 7th month onwards).
- If the balance is empty or Rp.0, TRUEMONEY INDONESIA will permanently close this Dormant Agent Account.
- If the Agent returns to make transactions on his account, then the Agent's account status becomes active again and will not be subject to Dormant Account Fees in the following month.
We will inform you of the provisions regarding this dormant account on November 1, 2022, 30 days before it comes into effect on December 1, 2022.
