#TrueInfo: Truemoney Terms and Conditions for Inactive Members

Hello #TrueFriends, there is a new change in terms and conditions for TRUEMONEY INDONESIA application members. That is:
  • If you have never made any transactions in the Truemoney application for 6 consecutive months, your member account will be considered Inactive or 'Dormant'.
  • The dormant account fee is Rp. 5,000 will be charged automatically on the 7th month and every month thereafter, deducted directly from the remaining balance in your application wallet.
  • If the balance is empty or Rp.0, TRUEMONEY INDONESIA will permanently close this Dormant Member's Account.
  • If Truefriends returns to make transactions in the Truemoney application, then the member's account status becomes active again and will not be charged a Dormant Account Fee in the following month.
We will inform you of the provisions regarding this dormant account on November 1, 2022, 30 days before it comes into effect on December 1, 2022.
