TrueMoney Indonesia Focuses on Domestic Money Sending and Receiving Services

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. TrueMoney Indonesia will still focus on domestic money transfer services. Understandably the potential for sending remittances in the country is still large where there are still many middle to lower classes who are constrained because they do not have a bank account.

"True Money is present as a domestic money transfer solution," said Donny Erfan, Head of Remittance of True Money Indonesia in a statement received by Kontan.co.id, Friday (30/3).

According to him, people who want to send money only need to carry a valid identity and send money addressed to the recipient according to the name listed in their respective identities.

No need to use a bank account, remittances can be directly taken in cash at a moment's notice. The recipient only needs to bring their original valid identity and bring the money transfer code, known as the MTCN code, to the nearest Alfamart store.

Donny explained that Truemoney had collaborated with a strategic partner for domestic remittance services, namely PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya.Tbk (Alfamart) and in the future are also exploring to collaborate with other strategic partners.

This service can be done by all people who are aged 17 years or older or have a KTP / SIM / Passport and is valid for all users of any cellular number in Indonesia.
