A: Please enter the mobile number of the customer who made the transaction and make sure the customer number you entered is valid.
Q: Why do I have to enter the customer's mobile number?
A: TrueMoney requires the customer's mobile number to be contacted if there is a problem with the transaction
Q: Why can't I leave the Customer Mobile Number column blank?
A: The column for the customer's mobile number is mandatory
Q: I have filled in the Customer's Mobile Number column but still can't continue the transaction?
A: Make sure that the mobile number of the customer you enter is valid and in the predetermined format, namely:
Starting with the numbers '08'
Minimum 10 digits and maximum 15 digits
Does not contain 7 or more consecutive numbers
Does not contain 7 or more of the same number in a row
Q: What kind of transaction does the Customer Mobile Number column apply to?
A: Column of Customer Mobile Number must be filled in for any transactions conducted by the Agent
